Hiking across the Masai Land February - March, 2017
This years Safari will be spectacular. 3 weeks through East Africa, Kenya, Uganda, and Rwanda by car, on foot and by boat.
This Spring Safari takes you through the Rift Valley to the source of the Nile and through Uganda's Wildlife Parks to the Gorilla in the Virunga Mountains in the border area of Uganda, Congo and Rwanda. This is followed by a few days of relaxation on scenic and historical trails in Rwanda, where tremendous development has been made after the 1994 Genocide.
Services includes:
Day 1 - Arrival and drive to Hunters Lodge, HB Hunters Lodge
Day 2 - Transfer to Chyulu gate with lunchbox and hike to Camp 1, O/N tents
Day 3 - hike along the Chyulu hills with excellent views of Kilimanjaro to Camp 2, O/N tents
Day 4 - Descend Chyulu Hills, watch wildlife around Lake Arpakai, lunch and drive to Loitokitok, FB Kibo Slopes Cottages
Day 5 - Nalemoru River walk. Barbeque lunch,in the evening drive to Amboseli, FB Kibo Safari Camp
Day 6 - Early breakfast and drive to Amboseli gamedrives, lunch, walk to observation hill and drive to Kumpa, HB Lerruat Log Resort
Day 7 - Drive to lake Magadi, lunchboxes at hotsprings, game drive around the area and drive to Ngurumann Village Guesthouse, FB
Day 8 - Hike up the Rift valley Escarpment, lunch, waterfall visit, O/N fly camp
Day 9 - Drive to Loita Hills with packed lunch, O/N Fly camp at Kinana's Home
Day 10 - Maasai activities, Hike to Foest of the last child, Boma visit etc, fly camp Kinana's Home
Day 11 - Drive to Maasai Mara, lunch, game drives, FB Sentrim camp
Day 12 - Mara gamedrives, FB Sentrim camp
Day 13 - Morning flight to Nairobi and connect to Lamu, BB Kijani House
Day 14 - BB Kijani House
Day 15 - BB Kijani House
Day 16 - Flight to Nairobi and transfer to international airport for evening return flight

Everyone needs:
• East African Tourist Visa, which will be valid for Kenya, Tanzania and Rwanda ( US$ 100) and an another one for the Congo.
• A yellow fever shot is required (This all can be done at your city health department)
• Bring $1.00 bills for tips and change (Change is had to come by, so it good to have)
Bills have to be no older than 2002 to be accepted.
